A group of robbers, led by Jason Statham and Saffron Burrows, breaks into a bank vault (in London, 1970's) and successfully makes off with the contents of all the safety deposit boxes.They immediately are sought by both the law and the less-than-reputable people that did not want anyone to know (or take) what they were storing in their boxes. One of them had compromising photos of a royal Princess. Another had embarrassing photos and videos of lawmakers.
A warning about content: There are two sex scenes. The F word is used a few times, the C word is used twice.
Of course there is violence. The worst is the torture of one of the robbers to get him to tell about the others.
I thought it was pretty cool despite some of the content. I did not know at first that it was based on a true story.
